About Meghan DeRoo McConnan

Meghan is the Chief Financial Officer at Imperial Equities Inc, an Edmonton based public company with a focus on industrial real estate. She was previously a partner with a national accounting firm where she worked with a wide variety of clients on compliance and financial reporting projects. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (University of Alberta) and received her CPA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 2004, and was a recipient of the CPA Alberta Distinguished Service Award in 2021. She enjoys volunteering and is currently on the board of the Alberta Motor Association, and the Alberta German Cultural Exchange Society. She has also been a board member with MacEwan University, Newman Theological College and Terra Centre. She is married with two teenagers and enjoys getting outside, including skiing and backcountry hiking.
