Patricia Hinds - Treasurer


About Patricia Hinds

Patricia emigrated to Canada from Guyana in 2001. She received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, England and became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 2011. Patricia has worked as a Federal Government accountant for the last twenty years. She is the recipient of two Government of Canada CRA Awards of Excellence for Innovation and Community Service, respectively.

As alumni of the Board Development Program of Alberta, Patricia has delivered nine presentations to non-profit organizations throughout Alberta. She has also given special presentations on Financial Literacy at the Edmonton Board Leadership Conference, the University of Alberta Non-profit Board Student Internship Program, and several charities.

Patricia looks forward to developing new skills and contributing to the goals of CSS.
