St. Joseph's High School Raises $5,400 for Sign of Hope

We are beyond grateful to St. Joseph's High School in Red Deer for their support of our St. Zita program!

Staff and students raised an incredible $5,400, which was presented to Red Deer program lead, Susie Kasawal at a cheque presentation earlier this fall.

St. Zita's was created to ensure "no one falls through the cracks." The program helps vulnerable Albertans with items like groceries, bills, medical experiences, and other emergency needs, while also connecting individuals with the community supports they need to find long term success.

This program has never been more needed - or more utilized - than it is right now. In fact, we've seen demand as much as double in some communities, with nearly 600 families and individuals receiving support in Edmonton, Red Deer and Wetaskiwin last year alone.

Thank you to St. Joseph's High School for helping make this important work possible!
