The Ted Rogers Scholarship Fund supports community organizations in Canada that go above and beyond to provide their communities with educational support programs. These grants help them continue to run innovative community programs focused on inspiring youth to continue their education and to develop skills to help them succeed.
In 2017, the year the fund launched, Catholic Social Services’ Stay in School Program was awarded one of the fund's community grants. The Stay in School Program is made possible through a gift from Scotia Capital and is designed to help at-risk, disadvantaged children and youth achieve academic success and to recognize their current efforts and achievements. The program operates in over 16 different communities across Canada, and CSS has been involved since 2005.
